My journey to mindfulness didn’t come easy
It’s unfolded amidst deep soul searching and a poor relationship with my mental wellbeing. Following layoffs and several missed nudges from the universe, I knew my negative beliefs, emotional immaturity, self-destructive patterns and victim mindset were holding me back from the version of me I could only dream of being.
It wasn’t until, I took full ownership of my life and well-being, my life began to change.
It was then, I was truly able to honestly look myself in the mirror with compassion and face my truth, acknowledge negative patterns/habits, understand my fears, clear and transform limiting beliefs and develop the tools, habits and mindset to practice the bravery and courage to live my dreams, every single day.
As the eternal student I’ve dedicated many of my free hours to trainings, teachings, reading, being coached and learning about the human spirit. This insight has deeply transformed my relationship with myself and it is an honour for me to share these insights and space with others.
